We have made the process of switching your Strata Manager as simple as following the below three steps.

It is always recommend that you have a meeting with your potentially new strata management company prior to engagement to better understand the services on offer and to see if your new strata manager is a good fit. Once that’s out of the way and your happy, we can get the below steps underway for you. It's as simple as that!

1. Give us a call so we can visit your building and discuss your requirements to be able to provide you with a detailed quote.

2. Then arrange A General Meeting to vote on, and agree on, changing Strata Mangers. We would be more than happy to send out the notice of the meeting to all owners and supply you with the documents. A majority vote of the owners present at the meeting is required to change strata manager.
For example: If you live in a block of 9 units and only 6 people come to the meeting, then you would require a majority of those 6 people (4 people or 51%) to vote in favour of changing.Other important items to note:

– To be eligible to vote you must be financial, meaning you just have all levies paid up to date
– If you cannot attend the meeting but wish to vote, you can submit a proxy to the strata manager or someone attending the meeting, directing and instructing them on how you wish to cast your vote

3. Once the owners have agreed to change, we will then provide the outgoing agent with all necessary paperwork for handover and commence the transition of your records to our office.
