- Consulting advice to owners, executive committee and developers
- Assist contractors with compliancy for carrying out work on common property
- Update strata rolls, receipting section 118 and 46 certificates from solicitors
- Send information to new owners of schemes
- Provide meeting room for general meetings and executive meetings
- Obtaining reports on behalf of Owners’ Corporation
- Facilitate drafting and registration of by-laws
